What is the delivery time?

The shipping period consists of two phases:

  • Processing time:
    Within 1 business day after placing your order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. Your package will then be prepared for shipping.

  • Shipping time:

    • Canada: 8-14 days

*All shipping times exclude customs delays. During busy periods such as
Christmas, Black Friday and New Year delays may occur.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer our customers free premium shipping worldwide. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss or damage to the package.

Where is my package?

For logistical reasons, the shipment may be sent in several partial shipments.

My tracking number is not working?

It can take up to 5 business days for the location to be updated. We ask for your patience. If the tracking does not provide any information, please contact us.
